Tom is the founder of Dolney Law, PLLC. He represents business owners and individuals in matters ranging from entity formation, to litigated partnership disputes.
Prior to founding Dolney Law, Tom practiced business and complex commercial litigation at a boutique firm in Central Florida. Tom has managed cases from their inception through to trial. He has also drafted appellate briefs, and orally argued before the Fifth District Court of Appeal.
Tom has been distinguished as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyer for the last three years (a designation held by only 2.5% of Florida attorneys). He also holds the peer review rating of “AV” through Martindale-Hubbell. Tom is a member of the Business Law and Real Property committees of the Orange County Bar Association.
